INVITATION TO BID Stanwood-Camano School District No, 401. Port Susan Middle School - Roof & Gutter Replacement Sealed bids for Contractor for Roof & Gutter Replacement at Port Susan Middle School. Project Description: The Project consists of the reroof of the existing 2-story Port Susan Middle School, including portables (per add alternate). Removal of existing 3-tab asphalt shingles and underlayment down to sheathing, including associat-ed flashing and gutters. Repair of existing sheathing and stucco as required for new roofing interface. New -underlayment and architec-tural asphalt composition shin-gles, Class-A fire rated, includ-ing associated flashing and new gutters. Existing downspouts to remain. A Notice to Proceed will be issued upon receipt of the required documents and onsite work can begin on or around June 20, 2022. Work must reach Substantial Coinpletion by August 22, 2022 and Final Completion by September 22, 2022. Estimated Cost: $1.2 Million Time is of the essence to complete thi.s scope during the 2022 summer break. Invitations will he sent to all registered bidders, The Board of Directors reserves the right to accept bids at its sole discretion, to reject all bids or waive informalities.
