Description: Design build services for a 32 bed Residential Treatment Facility located at 29919 80th Ave NW, Stanwood, WA. : Request for Proposal documents will be available via email by contacting Keith Banes at keithb@wenahagroup.com, The successful proposer will be required to provide full payment and performance bonds. Specific bonding requirements will be stated in the RFP and associated exhibits. TERO Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. All proposers will be required to provide a statement describing how they will provide Indian pref-erence in subcontracting, training, and employment, including the number or percentage of Indians to be employed and trained. Failure to submit this statement will be grounds for determination of non-responsibility. 'Fulanp will evaluate the responses as described in the RFP. The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any or all propos-als and to waive informalities.
