Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
To replace the existing Liebert Condenser located on the roof of the Keelikolani Building. The unit is used to cool the DLIR's equipment in the Computer Room. The replacement condenser shall be compatible with existing electrical, control and refrigeration connections. If a crane is needed to remove the existing condenser and replace new condenser on the building roof, this work must be done on the weekend or a State holiday. The replacement condenser shall be compatible with the existing Liebert Evaporator (VS035AUAOE C08J8E0294 which will NOT be replaced) located in the Computer Room 303. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Shar, Leila N. The STATE reserves the right at any time and for any reason to suspend this Contract for any reasonable period, upon written notice to the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the provisions herein.
