Bloomsburg University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of rehabilitation of existing roof systems at Columbia Residence Hall at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. The Work generally includes rehabilitation of existing..-EPDM membrane roofing systems through replacement of existing damaged polyisocyanurate roof insulation and associated EPDM roof membrane in areas identified on the Drawings and securing of existing EPDM roofing membrane through the installation of mechanically fastened batten strips. Work identified under Alternates No. 1 and 2 includes replacement of failing mortar joints with sealant joints at existing brick ledges and installation of closed cell spray foam insulation to seal the existing exterior wall cavity from the ninth floor ceiling plenum and associated demolition/replacement of interior soffits.
