Proposals must be on forms furnished by Hemlock Township, which are available at the Township Office (26 Firehall Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815). Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked "DELIVERY OF ROAD MATERIAL BID." Hemlock Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
