DESIGN BUILD SERVICES FOR EDUCATION SERVICE CENTER REGION 13 2022 Building Renovations REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to solicit qualifications from Respondents with capabilities to design and construct improvements for EDUCATION SERVICE CENTER REGION 13 ("Owner"). For the purpose of this RFQ, "Respondent" refers to any entity or team that is qualified to provide all of the improvements as listed in this request. It is the intent of Owner to select the Respondent demonstrating the best overall value to the Owner, and to enter into an agreement to provide design and construction services for the Owner. Improvements may include but are not limited to design and construction multiple office building renovations.
