The Okemos Public Schools will accept sealed bids for High School Photo Lab Renovation project. Renovations to create a new photo lab classroom including demolition of existing CMU walls, doors, frames, ceiling systems, finishes and associated mechanical and electrical items and new. All questions on this RFP must be submitted before 3:00 p.m., on February 1, 2022. Bid price shall be good for a period of no less than sixty (60)-days from bid date, unless otherwise noted. The OPS reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, any parts of bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the OPS such action will best serve the districts interest. All prices quoted are to be F.O.B., Okemos, Michigan. All purchases are exempt from all taxes, including state and federal taxes. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request.
