Site work for a water / sewer project in Meridian charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 28, 2024,project was awarded to E.T. MacKenzie Co. for $2,273,409.25. Project estimate: $930,000.00 Replacement of 1305 feet of 8" Sanitary Gravity Sewer; Replacement of 1450 feet of 6" Sanitary Force main; Replacement of six (6) 48" diameter Manholes; Connection of 22 new Service Stubs to Existing House Leads; Bypass Pumping of the Forcemain (250gpm); and, Dewatering. The project includes replacing existing 8" gravity main and 6" force main in advance of a road resurfacing project. The on-site soils are of poor quality and require additional measures to support the new sewers and manholes.
