Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding procedures and to reject any or all proposals. As a formal construction bid, 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required, as is a 5% Bid Guarantee. This is a renewable, 3-year term contract. Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted in writing to: Darren Redfield at darrenmr@cityofws.org. End of Question period is 5:00 PM, January 31, 2022. The purpose of this project is to provide on-call services to repair portions of streets that have been cut, damaged and/or removed by City/County Utilities, or its contractors, after repairs to water and sewer lines and services have been performed. The specific Scope of Work for a particular location may vary given the actual conditions observed. The Contractor and Owner shall work together as described herein to formulate a Work Plan. Work will be released in packages of 1 to 5 jobs and mobilization is normally expected within 3 calendar days. The work includes the items shown on next page.
