Renovation of a municipal facility in Mancos, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot municipal facility.
The Town of Mancos is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable contractors to provide design and construction services for renovating the Mancos Marshall's Office. The successful Contractor will be responsible for all design, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work as further described in the Scope of Work. All prices shall remain firm within the period stated for purposes of analysis, evaluation, and determination of which proposal will best suit the Town. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The Town reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technicalities and may, at its sole discretion, request a clarification or other information to evaluate any or all proposals.
