As of November 5, 2024, no bids were received. The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for furnishing, constructing, and finishing a 24'x40' addition to the existing maintenance building at Mancos State Park. Furnishing and constructing a 1,320 square foot Pre-Cast Concrete Block Retaining Wall and associated site work is also included. A five-percent (5%) Bid Bond, certified check, or cashiers check is required with bid proposals of $50,000.00 or more. PERFORMANCE BOND, LABOR AND MATERIAL BOND: The successful bidder shall furnish a bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price for performance and for material and labor payment when bid is equal to or exceeds $150,000. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD October 18, 2024 (Tentative) NOTICE TO PROCEED November 20, 2024 (Tentative) SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION June 20, 2025 (Tentative) Contractor Questions: All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Nathanael Bokelman at nathanael.bokelman@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is October 10, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
