Renovation of a mixed-use development in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Everett School District No. 2 reserves the right, as described in the Instructions to Bidders, to postpone the Bid. opening, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid process, and to reject any or all Bids. Replace boilers in the Whittier Elementary School. The project will include new boilers, new hydronic pumps with new variable frequency drives, a new expansion tank as well as adding manual air bleeds and bypass loops in the heating water system. Boilers are to have communication cards and. tie into the existing DDC system.
