Renovation of a stadium in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
**As of February 24, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. WA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) CHILLER REPLACEMENT Everett Events Center, owned by the Everett Public Facilities District and operated on its behalf by Spectra Venue Management invites responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified vendors for the replacement of the chiller for the ice arenas. The schedule of the chiller and related equipment installation will need to be coordinated with the facility management personnel. The systems must be operational by July 27, 2022, with commissioning completion once both ice surfaces have operated without issue for at least two (2) weeks.
