The City of Everett owns a Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) located near Everett, WA and is seeking a Contractor to dredge, dewater, haul, and dis-pose of approximately 2,000 dry tons of biosolids from the City's Oxidation Pond at the WPCF. The Water Pollution Control Facility is located at 4027 4th. Street Southeast, Everett WA. Contractor is expected to conduct their operations and manage the dewatered biosolids on the City's Biosolids Pad. Any questions and/or answers from these walk through that, may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid documents and sent to all the plan holders Contact Builders Exchange of Washington at (425) 258-1303 should you require assistance with access or registration. All bids must be made upon the City forms provided for this purpose! and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. One hundred (100) percent payment and performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of' the contract.. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. The right, is reserved by the City to postpone the award for a period of 45 days after bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
