Purchase and installation of two (2) pad mount medium voltage dielectric switches, provide MV cables and all associated equipment and components for connecting new MV switches to FDR1 dead breaks in vault 302, perform all required testing, coordination and energize the new service. Alternate #1 adds a switch in V302 and #2 is to install a new MV feeder Pre-Bid - A portion of the walkthrough will involve accessing the utility tunnel and vaults, which will require participants to go through tunnel training, which can be scheduled by contacting the CPFM Utility and Energy office. Also, due to limited space in the tunnel and vaults, participants need to select one individual for that portion of the walkthrough. The Undersigned agrees, if awarded the Contract, to execute and deliver to Owner, within twenty (20) calendar days after receiving the Contract Documents, an Agreement Form and a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the Contract sum, using forms provided by the Owner.
