The work completed shall consist of installing approximately 710-3/4", 1", and 2" water meters including all labor, materials, and appurtenances regarding replacement of existing meters. Meters will be supplied by the Owner. Time allotted for completion of work is 120 calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Any Proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No Proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Proposals for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Offerors and/or by State Law.
