This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Porterdale, Georgia. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
This mini-excavator will be used to perform close quarter repair of water and sewer lines. It will also be used to perform other city projects to include basic road maintenance and repair, basic landscaping and grading work, and city park maintenance. We consider the following as the minimum requirements for an acceptable bid: Minimum horse power will not be less than 23.3 horsepower Minimum Boom Reach 15 feet Max Dig Height is 10 feet Minimum Dig Depth is 10 feet Options to be quoted are: Enclosed Cab with A/C and Heat Angled Blade LED Front and Rear Lights Attachments with quick release (may be quoted as individual price) - Auger, Plate Compactor, Brush Hog and/or Hammer Provide information on the manufacturer's warranty. Provide costs for the Service/Maintenance Program for both on-site service and dealer service. If awarded bid, please provide expected delivery time after being given notice to proceed. The City of Porterdale reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive minor irregularities or to select the bid that is in the best interest of the City. The City anticipates reviewing the bids and meeting with vendors during late March 2023 and presenting recommendations to the City Council in April 2023.
