The City also uses this facility for internal meetings. The project is a restoration of this historic residence, using materials compatible with the original building. The City of Lewisville reserves the right to waive any informalities in any bid and to accept the bid which it deems to be in the best interest of the City. Qualification submittal envelopes will be sealed and marked with RFQ number, name and opening time on the outside bottom left corner to avoid the opening of any qualification submittals before the prescribed time.
