Questions Due Date: Aug 11th 2022, 5:30 PM CDT Intent to Bid Due Date: Aug 23rd 2022, 5:30 PM CDT All questions are to be posted on Bonfire by August 11, 2022. Questions will be answered an Addendum by August 16, 2022. Award will be on the basis of highest evaluation score. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance, payment and maintenance bonds as described in the specifications. All insurance certificates and bonds are to be provided and approved by the City prior to commencement of any work. All documents that require a signature are to be signed and uploaded to Bonfire or provided within vendor's proposal if delivered to the City of Lewisville. All good and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful bidder will be required to certify compliance, if applicable. Minority and Small Businesses are encouraged to submit a CSP. Award will be issued on the basis of best value as determined by scoring matrix.
