Renovation of an educational facility in Manton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Owner will receive sealed bids for a Single Prime, Stipulated Sum Contract for a Classroom Unit Ventilator Replacement project located at 105 5th Street, Manton, Michigan 49663. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Disconnect & remove twenty-three (23) existing heating classroom unit ventilators and provide & install new unit ventilators. Project also includes installing two (2) additional new unit ventilators. Each new unit shall include all associated electrical, mechanical and plumbing work necessary for a complete operational installation.
