The Manton Consolidated Schools seeks sealed contractor bids for the proposed Roof Membrane Replacement at Manton High School, 105 5 th Street, Manton, Michigan. The project consists of roof membrane & perimeter metal coping removal and the installation of high density protection board, 60 mil epdm roof membrane over the existing rigid insulation and new metal copings to match at Manton High School. It is the Owner's intention for the project to start July 1, 2024 and be substantially complete by August 2, 2024 Each bidder is required to secure at least 1/20 (5%) of the amount of the bid to secure the district from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the bid or by failure of the bidder to enter into contract for performance if the bid is accepted by the board.
