Town of Bargersville, Indiana in session at the Town Hall in Bargersville, Indiana will receive sealed bids for construction of the following project: The Town of Bargersville 2022 Street Improvement Program, including asphalt milling and overlay, asphalt patching, curb, curb ramps, sidewalk, maintenance of traffic and other related incidental work. The site locations are within the Town of Bargersville, Sections 17, 23, 28, 34 & 35 Township 13 North, Range 3 East within White River Township and Section 1 Township 12 North, Range 3 East within Union Township, Johnson County, Indiana. Bids shall be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form #96 along with a properly signed Affidavit of Non Collusion. A 10% bid bond or certified check will be required with the bid and shall be made payable to the Town of Bargersville. A performance bond equal to the contract price and a payment bond to insure the payment of subcontractors, material suppliers, contract laborers and persons furnishing services will be required upon award of contract. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for opening bids without the written consent of the Town of Bargersville. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities in any or all bids.
