Site work for a mixed-use development in Bear Creek, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of the addition of a new pedestrian crossing of State Route 115 including pedestrian signals, signs and pavement markings. Installation of Traffic Signs o Installation of Pavement Markings o Installation of a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon Assembly system for a new uncontrolled pedestrian crossing. o Maintenance and Protection of Traffic during construction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates.
