Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bear Creek, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of: Base Bid: Approximately 1000 LF of guide rail with end treatments along Beaupland Road; Add Alternates 1, 2 & 3: Various lengths of guide rail with end treatments along Beaupland Road; and Add Alternates 3 & 4: Guide rail with end treatments, and approach signage at two bridges, East Lake Rd. over Ten Mile Run and West Lake Rd. over Ten Mile Run. NOTE: Guide rail materials may be used, in good condition. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates. Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
