Renovation of a municipal facility in Kelso, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replace existing rooftop air handling units (ACU-1, ACU-2, ACU-3, and ACU-4) with new rooftop air handling units, and upgrade the existing building HVAC controls. Replacing existing air-conditioning units ACU-1, ACU 2, ACU-3, and ACU-4. Relocate the existing T-stat of Air-Conditioning Unit 4 (ACU-4) to the main lobby. Upgrade HVAC controls. Re-TAB and reset the minimum position of the outside air damper of ACUs to maintain positive building pressure. Modify the fire alarm sequence in ACUs' shutdown operation to allow for automatic restart.
