Site work for a mixed-use development in Richfield, Minnesota. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As Of March 17 2022 this project was not awarded the bidds came in too high. Routine maintenance of a stormwater pond including tree removal, vegetation removal, sediment removal, riprap and filter installation at pond inlets, storm sewer outlet improvements, tree and vegetation planting, and site restoration as specified herein in accordance with the bidding documents. All quantities and work items in this advertisement for bid are approximate and not guaranteed. Approximate quantities are: 360 CY Common Excavation, MPCA Regulated Material 2,340 CY Pond Excavation, MPCA Regulated Material 3,696 TON Haul and Dispose MPCA Regulated Material at Landfill A notice to proceed is expected to be provided on or before March 8, 2022. substantially complete on or before July 1, 2022. General Conditions no later than December 31, 2024.
