Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Richfield, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a pre-engineered storage facility.

This project includes: office area remodeling, conversion of existing shop space to meeting room/break area, toilet room upgrades. 1. Building Enclosure a. Roofing patching of existing built-up roof system, and pre-finished metal coping due to mechanical penetrations. 2. Interior Finishes a. Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions, concrete block infill. b. Floor finishes of carpet, VCT (Owner Provided), ceramic tile. c. Wall finishes of paint, ceramic tile. d. Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile. e. Plastic laminate casework, HM doors and frames, wood doors, hardware, glazing, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, miscellaneous specialties. 3. Mechanical Systems a. Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. b. Heating including natural gas, furnaces, and electric unit heaters. c. Ventilation to include, ductwork, duct insulation, DX condensers, and roof hoods. 4. Electrical Systems a. Conduit and wiring. b. Interior lighting and controls. c. Low voltage work to include: data cabling. 5. Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems.
