Site work for a transportation facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

**As of March 10 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This Contract provides for the improvement of a portion of the Port of Benton Track between the between MP 20.0 and MP 20.5 (Columbia Park Trail Bridge to near Yakima River Bridge) including: Providing track surfacing (SLD) (2454 TF), Replacing cross ties (547 each), Re-gapping rail and resetting anchors (1443 TF), Providing supplemental anchoring (577 EA), Replacement of ballast retainer timber (1 each), Replacement of bridge bearing block (1 each), Distributing Agency provided ballast (600 TN), Providing bank stabilization and other minor repairs (numerous minor items), Providing ballast shoulder excavation (936 LF), Alternate for replacing cross ties on City of Richland Horn Rapids Industrial Lead Track (300 each - using Agency supplied ties). The project shall be completed by within 34 working days based on award of alternate. Engineer's Estimate is $480,000 including alternate Questions should be emailed to Paul Weber at Paul.weber@hdrinc.com. Questions pertaining to the bid will not be accepted later than February 10th, 2022.
