Renovation of a laboratory facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,450-square-foot laboratory facility.
The Work consists of, to include but not limited to: Demolition, patch and paint walls, installation of flooring, plumbing and fixtures, acoustic wall panels, door, access controls, fire sprinklers, and ductwork. Perform air balance, electrical upgrades and relocate equipment from APEL to LSL2 Prime Contractor shall be pre-qualified prior to submitting bid; likewise, Subcontractors to a Prime Contractor performing work shall be prequalified prior to issuance of NTP. Note - An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of less than or equal to 0.9 for Prime Contractor (1.0 for Subcontractors) and no willful OSHA/State Labor & Industries Citations over the past three years is needed to meet the pre-qualification requirement. Project Complete ready for use, No Later Than, 7/17/2023.
