Site work and paving for a civil project in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the improvement of a portion of the Port of Benton Track between MP 24.40 and 24.58 as well as 25.36 to 25.56 (Cemetery Crossing and Van Giesen Crossings and approaches) including: Removing 423 TF of Track, removing 107 TF Rubber Crossing, removing 589 SY of Pavement, Excavation and Haul of 833 CY, Providing 671 SY of Separation Fabric, 85 CY of Subballast, a total of 423 FT of reconstructed track with various rail sections and tie lengths, numerous special joints / joint arrangements, 220 TF of concrete crossing panels, 663 CY of Ballast Distribution, Replacement of 330 EA Cross Ties, 1,872 TF' of Track Surfacing, 27 CY of Crushed Surfacing Base Course, 5 CY of Crushed Surfacing Top Course, 180 TN of HMA Paving, various pavement markings, drain piping, and traffic control. The RFI and any written answers will be made available to other bidders unless they are proprietary in nature. Questions pertaining to the bid will not be accepted later than May 12th, 2022.The project shall be completed within 29 working days.Engineer's Estimate is $750,000 including tax.This project is a Port ofBenton project and as such Washington State prevailing wage Law applies.
