The UH System invites you to submit proposals for electricity and/or natural gas supplies for all of the UH System's eligible locations 629 ESIs in the CenterPoint and AEP Texas service territories as well as 44 natural gas delivery points on the CenterPoint gas system. Projected annual volumes are as follows: Electricity: Over 340,000 MWH/yr Natural Gas: Approx. 530,000 MMBtu/year Respondents ARE NOT REQUIRED to supply bids for both Natural Gas and Electricity. It is likely that different contracts will be awarded for gas and electricity and they may be awarded at different times. The contracts will be awarded based on which offer, or combination of offers are expected to provide the greatest overall value to the UH System. Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the UH System in terms of services offered and total overall cost to the UH System. Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the UH System in a contract for Services.
