The City of Independence, Missouri Water Department invites bids from firms meeting the qualifications set forth herein and in referenced documents to perform the following scope of work at the for the Water Department. The contract for this project shall provide for, but not be limited to, all equipment, materials, and workmanship required for execution of the work described herein. The scope of work to be completed by successful bidder shall be further defined, but not limited to, the following: Provide for all workmanship, equipment, materials, and services required and as specified for performance of cleanout, inspection, and documentation of the 2,000,000 gallon 35 th Street ground storage reservoir. Questions must be submitted through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com. The City reserves the right to provide such questions and answers to all prospective bidders in the form of an addendum to the ITB. The deadline for questions shall remain Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 5:00:00 PM CST. The bid close date
