The City of Independence, Missouri (the "City") requests proposals from experienced developers to purchase and redevelop all or a portion of the existing Noland Fashion Square. Proposals may include the purchase and redevelopment of the Inline Retail Building and/or the Theater Building (collectively, the "Fashion Square Buildings"). The City will consider incentives in connection with any proposal approved by the City, provided that such incentives comply with the City's Economic Development Policy.
