Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,866-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; for the demolition of a 5,027-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a 5,127-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.

As of March 30, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. Project will rebid on May 2022. Project consists of a 5,027 square foot renovation to the Tri-Central Community Schools maintenance barn. The renovation will include new concrete floor, new roof and siding, new insulated overhead door, insulated walls and ceilings with new electrical services and lighting. The space will also include new heaters. This project will also incorporate an addition of an open covered storage area, much like a car port, for the purpose of storing busses when not in use. Electrical shall also be added to plug in busses when being stored.
