The Contracts include, but are not limited to, the following Work respectively: Contract 2021-W-01 General: Installation of approximately 260 LF of 10 water line, 10,955 LF of 8 water line, 8,895 LF of 6 water line, water line appurtenances; water service lines, meters, meter pits, and water service line appurtenances; installation of two (2) new pressure reducing vaults (Mill Road & Gravel Hill), replacement of two (2) existing pressure reducing valves (Park Plan), replacement of two (2) existing control valves (Oakwood Hills), and replacement of an existing bridge structure with a new concrete box culvert. Contract 2021-W-02 General: Installation of four (4) pressure booster stations (pumping stations) which include Ligonier Township M.A. Booster Station (300 gpm), Waterford Waterworks Booster Station/Treatment Plant Expansion (160 gpm), Ruth Lane Booster Station (100 gpm), Singerway Booster Station (50/250 gpm), and Youngstown Ridge Booster Station (20 gpm). Contract 2021-W-03 General: Installation of one (1) 250,000 gallon water storage tank, access road, tank pad, stormwater facilities, approximately 2,750 LF of 8 water line, and restoration. Contract 2021-W-04 Electrical: Installation of all electrical components associated with the General Contracts. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
