The District Municipality of Muskoka (District) is inviting bidders to submit bids for Accessibility Upgrades to existing washroom facilities at 70 Pine Street. The renovation consists of partition and accessory upgrades in 6 washrooms, upgrading two existing washrooms to a new barrier free and gender neutral washroom, as well as provide an option for a new washroom in an existing closet. The project is to be awarded to a successful proponent by the Mid March 2022 with an anticipated start of work in May 2022 and completion of work and occupancy by end of June 2022. *Budget listed.
