Bidders may be required to sign-in at the start and at the conclusion of the conference to ensure full participation. No other pre-bid conference will be scheduled or allowed. b. Bidder is advised to print out a copy of this Solicitation, including project scope of work documents, for its use at the pre-bid conference. In accordance with the SOSA for HePS, the Awarded Vendor shall pay a Transaction Fee of 0.725% (.00725), capped at $5,000, to SicommNet on the total dollar amount of goods or services purchased through the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (HePS). The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to selective demolition; installation of new pole mounted roadway light fixtures, light poles, foundations, and associated underground infrastructure and wiring; new exterior metering/electrical cabinets; concrete pads; pavement and ground restoration, concrete curb ramps; concrete sidewalks; painting; HAZMAT abatement; Qualified Arborist; and miscellaneous related work
