The Town of Alberta is soliciting bids for Electrical and Plumbing Work to be done in the Old Fire Hall located adjacent to the Town Office at 136 West First Avenue. Electrical: - Run power to the light on the Water Tower to have light at the side door and have a switch on the inside to turn it on and off. - Fix the receptacle on the middle light pole at the parking lot of the caboose. - Install breaker for AC unit that was taken out. - Replace all receptacles in the Old Fire House that have no ground. - 4 in Bay Area - 4 in Kitchen - Add 4 receptacles in the fireplace room on the wall with the TV. - Run/connect power to the range hood and stove. - Make sure everything is up to code for power. - See about installing a Generac. Plumbing Bid List - Connect the water to the sink in the kitchen. - Connect the drain to the sink in the kitchen. - In the future add an extra restroom and a shower in both restrooms in the Meeting Hall.
