Replace Mechanical Units (RTUs) at Southside Virginia Community College, Christanna and Daniel Campuses 109 Campus Dr, Alberta, VA 23821 130 Daniel Rd, Keysville, VA 23947 Sealed bids are invited for the construction to replace mechanical units (RTUs) on the workforce development buildings project at Southside Virginia Community College, Christanna and Daniel Campuses, Project Code #260-B5260-052 (M25SV129) located in Alberta, Virginia and Keysville, Virginia. The project is generally described as the replacement of existing rooftop units and energy recovery ventilators with equivalent new systems. The scope of work includes electrical changes and controls integration. Bids must be submitted electronically through eVA or delivered to the Virginia Community College System office. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond (form CO-10.2) and Contract Security are required for any bid regardless of the amount. The bidder or offeror must be a registered vendor in eVA. Contractors are required to process all pay applications/invoices through the Owner's web-based project management software, e-Builder. Training or support for e-Builder will be provided as necessary.
