Brazoria County intends to award a contract for the construction and repair of the Quintana Beach Public Fishing Pier in Quintana, Texas. The project consists of repairs to the existing pier structure, demolition of the existing Pier T-head, and construction of a pier extension and new T-head. The pier has been damaged by previous storms and requires repair in addition to the construction of a 180-foot extension and a 131-foot pier T-head. Deadline for Question Submitted for Clarifications November 28, 2023 @ 2:00 pm CST. Deadline for Responses to Clarifications posted electronically November 30, 2023 Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation or interpretation of the proposal must make a written request which must be received by the Purchasing Department on or before November 13, 2023 @ 2:00 pm CST. The request must be emailed to bidclarifications@brazoriacountytx.gov. Emails must include the project name and number in the subject field. Estimated Budget: $1,069,000.00 Estimated Completion Time: 150 days to 180 days
