The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the following improvements. Electrical System Upgrades o Install a new stainless steel NEMA 4X main service panel. o Install new electrical transformers and service panels throughout the RV grounds. o Upgrade electrical service to RV pedestals. Concrete and Asphalt Improvements o Remove and replace a section of concrete sidewalk o Renovate and/or extend existing concrete RV pads. o Remove and replace sections of the park's asphalt roads and parking lots o Install a new asphalt lane (loop) within the RV campgrounds. Parking Lot Improvements o Stripe parking lots and install all required signage. Septic System Work o Demolish the park's existing septic system and install a new replacement septic system. Material Handling o Haul off and properly dispose of all removed material generated during construction. Environmental Compliance o Fulfill all storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of construction activities. The project consists of construction of new septic system adjacent to the existing system. The current septic system is in poor condition, but it will remain in service until the new system is constructed, and then it will be removed.
