Brazoria County is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to perform Construction Engineering and Inspection Services, Materials Testing, and Environmental Monitoring for the renovation of the Quintana Beach Public Fishing Pier, located in Brazoria County, near Quintana Beach Park and RV campground. The County will select a firm who is most qualified to perform the services requested in the request for statement of qualifications. IF SUBMITTING A SEALED OFFER, PLEASE MARK ENVELOPE: "RFSQ #24-04 CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR QUINTANA BEACH PUBLIC FISHING PIER PROJECT - CONTRACT NUMBER 582-21-11293 Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must make a written request online at electronic platform or email the project facilitator as shown in Section "Questions Due Date (for Clarifications)", which must be received by the Purchasing Department at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled time for the offer opening
