Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Silver City, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work involves renovation of a 4,400 SF office building (corner of Black and Yankie Streets, Silver City) and includes sitework, (paving, concrete retaining walls, etc.), structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, casework, doors and hardware, wallboard, ceramic tile, acoustical tile, structural steel, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. A certified check or bank draft payable to State of New Mexico, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Subcontractors List and Non-Collusion Affidavit shall also be furnished. Registration with the NM Department of Workforce Solutions (505-827-6817) is required prior to Bid submission. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. Attention is called to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity as set forth in these documents and not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the specifications must be paid on this project. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of the State.
