This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Civida to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Plumbing Heating and Wall Tile Services for various Civida-managed residential properties located within the City of Edmonton and area, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Civida-managed properties are split by zone which are subject to change. The plumbing heating and wall tile services under this RFQ are required for Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. These services are required for properties within these Zones on an as-needed basis. While the primary work under this RFQ is maintenance related, Civida may also invite the successful contractors to quote on capital maintenance projects from time-to-time. It is Civida's intent to enter a two-year contract with one or more contractors for the provision of services under this RFQ. Respondents may submit a quotation for one or more property zones. The successful contractors will be the primary contractor for their designated zone for demand maintenance requests. Capital maintenance projects or project work will not be awarded by zone.
