Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in South Haven, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Project consists of two (2) separate projects sites. Ratcliffe Field and SH High School athletics field. Work consists of technology cabling, Access control systems and Video security systems. The installation will coincide with site and building upgrades at each site. Each bid shall be accompanied by good and sufficient bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Bid amount and shall secure the Owner from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid by a Bidder or by failure of the successful Bidder to enter into a Contract with the Owner if his Bid is accepted by the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to secure Performance, Labor and Material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000 from a surety company having a rating of A- or better, for the full amount of the Contract. Value of that P&L Bond shall be indicated on the proposal form. All RFI's must be directed to Bret Emerson at Commtech Design, SHbids@commtechdesign.com The deadline for RFI's is 4:00 Pm on Monday February 21, 2022.
