The City of South Haven, Michigan is soliciting Bids for general description of the work: North Shore Drive from Chicago Avenue to Dyckman Avenue Water Service Replacement Avenue The Owner requires the Project to be substantially completed on or before May 13, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment on or before May 20, 2022. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond in a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid price, made payable to the City of South Haven. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid opening The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
