Scope : The North Bloomfield Township Trustees are requesting bids for a unit price for an 80' X 50' with a lean-to 80'X 18' wood framed, metal siding building. 6 X 6 Perma Columns 8' on center 2 - 18' X 14' insulated doors with openers Office & Building insulated with 2" of spray foam and batting on the remainder Office and building finished with white metal inside 12" over hangs with 5" gutters Partition in middle of building finished both sides 3 - 36" walk in doors 6" concrete floor with 2 drains Metal exterior and roof 16' ceiling height Trusses 4' on center *NO ELECTRIC OR PLUMBING *Bids must be in the possession of a trustee or the fiscal officer prior to the bid opening at 7:00 p.m. February 14, 2022. Your presence is welcome, but not required for the bid opening. *The Township Trustees reserve the right to reject all bids; proof of insurance and a W9 is required upon contract issuance. If you have any questions and for additional specs, please refer to one of the trustees.
