Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in North Bloomfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Furnishing material and labor for the construction of an addition to the existing Fire Department building. All work is under the responsibility of a General Contractor. Bidders are required to obtain a complete set of plans and specifications in pdf format from the Architect. Each bid must contain the required documents properly signed and notarized wherever required and include a certified or cashier's check equal to 10% of the bid or a properly executed bid bond made payable to the Bloomfield Township Trustees. Attention of bidders is directed to the following labor provisions. This project is subject to the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code Section 4115.05 in accordance with the Davis Bacon Act. Bloomfield Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities in bidding, and to accept any bid deemed most favorable, by the order of Bloomfield Township.
