** This project has been awarded to Krci LLC in the amount of $248,279. ** Work can begin as early as June 16, 2022, weather and water table permitting, but must start no later than July 1, 2022. o The Contractor needs to prioritize the work on Valves 13, 14 and 15, including replacement of the valves, testing and commissioning, and finish grading for that area, on or before August 1, 2022. o All Work, except for restoring the site to original condition, shall be complete and commissioned and ready for final inspection and acceptance no later than September 5, 2022. o All Work, including restoring the site to original condition, shall be completed and ready for a Completion Inspection by September 30, 2022 The Work shall consist of the installation of twenty-two (22) water control valves comprised of three (3) new and nineteen (19) replacement valves. The water valves being installed are essential components in the fish rearing system at the Methow Hatchery. These valves range in size from 6" to 18". The contractor awarded this bid will need to work closely with the Hatchery Supervisor to ensure that the facility is able to remain in full fish production and operation during the Work. In order to achieve full hatchery production, the District has identified a feasible work window for this project, whereby the valves can be dewatered, removed, and replaced without impacting fish production
