Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Winthrop, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project provides parking and river access improvements to Mack Lloyd Park, including the following: o Excavation, surfacing, bank stabilization and restoration for a new river access path o Gravel resurfacing of approximately 4,500 SY of the gravel parking lot o Replacement of irrigation main under the gravel parking lot o Landscaping/native planting area All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of Winthrop. The Town of Winthrop has the right to reject any or all bids
